Last night I was invited to a dinner at the restaurant "The Inn of the traveler" in a small town located in the Upper Canavese (road Ceresole). It 'was a great experience for someone like me, appreciate the good and simple cooking.
The Canavese area is known for certain specialties, including, among others, the tomini Fried, a kind of cheese of round shape with a diameter not exceeding 12.15 cm. and thickness of about an inch in some local cooking grilled, grilled or in other "Family" are in frying pan with the result of obtaining a crisp breading and a real calorie punch.
